Uploading Contacts
How to convert and load your XLSX files

Click the ๐ XLSX Converter tab at the top.

Drag your Excel file onto the upload zone or click to browse. Works with DLD exports, Bayut, Property Finder and any spreadsheet.

Outlo auto-detects column names. Check that Name, Phone and Area are correctly mapped.
Click ๐พ Save as Project to save the list to your account so it reloads automatically next time you log in.
๐ก Tip: Phone numbers are auto-formatted with the 971 country code. You don't need to clean them first โ use the ๐งน Data Cleaning tab for that.

Quick Fire Mode
Send 100+ messages fast with zero distraction

Click the โก Quick Fire tab โ shown in green at the top.

Choose your queue: Pending only, Follow-ups due, or Both. Set your daily limit with the slider.

Pick your language and hit Start Session.

Each contact appears as a card with their details, live market data for their area, and a pre-filled message.

Click Send on WhatsApp โ it opens pre-filled. Come back, and Outlo auto-advances to the next contact.

Use Skip to move on without sending, or โ Cold to mark them cold and remove from future queues.

Sending Messages

Select a contact from the list on the left in the ๐ฌ Outreach tab.

Pick a Campaign โ Market Update, Let's Connect, I Have a Buyer, Off-Plan Launch or Follow Up.

Choose the Language โ ๐ฌ๐ง English, ๐ฆ๐ช Arabic or ๐ฎ๐ณ Hindi. The message personalises with their name, area and unit number automatically.

Edit the message if needed, then click Open in WhatsApp.

When you return to Outlo a nudge banner will ask "Did they reply?" โ one tap to mark as Replied.
๐ก Tip: Add {{avg_price}}, {{transactions}} or {{trend}} to any template to inject live market data for that contact's area automatically.

Projects
Saving and switching between contact lists

After loading contacts, click ๐พ Save as Project in the project bar.

Give it a descriptive name like "South Bay Owners" or "Motor City Brokers".

Switch between projects instantly using the dropdown โ all contacts and progress restore automatically.

Projects sync across all your devices and reload automatically when you log back in.
๐ก Tip: Your last active project reloads automatically on every login โ no need to re-select anything.

Data Cleaning
Remove duplicates, fix numbers, flag missing data

Go to the ๐งน Data Cleaning tab after loading a project.

Click ๐ Analyse Contacts โ Outlo scans for duplicate phones, format errors and missing numbers.

Review the issues shown โ duplicates, format errors and missing phones are listed separately.

Fix individually or click โ Apply All Fixes to clean everything in one go.

Re-save your project after cleaning to persist the clean list.

Follow-up Sequences
Track and send follow-ups at the right time

Go to the ๐ Follow-up Sequences tab to see your full pipeline.

The pipeline shows: Sent โ Follow Up 1 โ Follow Up 2 โ Follow Up 3 โ Replied / Cold.

Click ๐ด Due Now to see only contacts overdue for their next follow-up based on your day thresholds.

Click Send FU1/2/3 to open WhatsApp pre-filled with the follow-up message โ contact automatically advances to the next stage.

Edit the 3 follow-up templates and day thresholds at the bottom of the tab.
๐ก Tip: Due follow-ups also appear in Quick Fire when you select "Follow-ups due" โ the fastest way to clear your queue.

Tracking Progress
Statuses, notes and exporting

After sending, mark the contact: โ Sent, โฉ Replied, ๐ Follow Up or โ Cold.

When you return from WhatsApp a nudge banner appears asking if they replied โ one tap to mark it.

Add notes to any contact to record what they said or when to follow up.

Use the filter dropdown to show Pending, Sent, Replied etc. Your daily counter tracks today's sends.

Click โ Export to download a CSV of all contacts with their current status and notes.
